I GIVE UP!

I can't believe that with the size of the CPO community in Virginia that we couldn't get this done. I'm tired of messing with it. I've lost a lot of faith in the CPO community. It seems that today's CPO's are not of the same mindset as the Chiefs that I grew up with. I'm more than a little pissed off about the WASTED time and effort inolved in this, not only by me, but by several of our brothers and sisters. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I will be working on getting money refunded for all of the applications that I currently have in hand. If you believe that I owe you money, please let me know by emailing me at rick@vgof.net and I'll verify your information and send you a refund via PayPal. I don't want to hear an bitching when this is all said and done about how anyone "stole" you money (I've heard similar complaints about past efforts to get this done).

The Chief Petty Officer Scholarship Fund (CPOSF) has started a drive of their own. I hope that they have better luck. Their plate is a revenue sharing plate, so it costs a little more, but the extra funds are used to help support the CPOSF.
